Located just a short walk from the city center, this accommodation offers a great location for exploring. Its proximity to Old Town is perfect, and it's not too far away so it was quiet. the rooms are clean and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and lovely sea views. the kitchen and terrace are shared spaces that are spacious and comfortable. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the free private parking is a great advantage.

The accommodation can be a bit tricky to find initially and may require some directions.

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From helping us with parking and carrying our luggage, to doing our laundry and providing a welcoming bottle of wine, their attention to detail was exceptional. The rooms were clean and well-presented, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We also loved the large shared kitchen and balcony where we could enjoy the sea view. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the old town. we had everything we needed for a beautiful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Maria's guesthouse. the room was like a 5-star hotel with incredibly comfortable bed, high-quality sheets, and pillows. the bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean. the location was conveniently close to major roads and not far from the Old Town, with free parking just a short walk away. the WiFi was exceptional and the host was warm and welcoming. We loved the shared kitchen and terrace, and there was even a nearby store for snacks. A top selection for our trip!

The bathroom was outside of the room and it was inconvenient to use, especially during the night. the shared spaces were not as spacious as I had hoped, making it difficult to work comfortably.

We had a great weekend stay in Dubrovnik with amazing facilities. The room was very clean and had great amenities, including a huge bathroom with a variety of toiletries. The location was perfect, just a short distance from all of the attractions and sights in the area. We also loved the parking facilities that were available and convenience of having everything easily accessible.

The only downside we experienced was the difficulty we had finding the hotel. The location was not well signposted and Google maps was not helpful.
